This is a Fire King 2 qt casserole dish w/ lid from Culver Glassware Company, their sticker is still with the dish. Fire king is embossed on the bottom of the dish.
The sticker boasts that the gold is 22 kt. and 'has been fired for permanence.' It recommends hand washing, not an automatic dishwasher.
