Fire Hydrant Adapter Humat 762 Coupler #8

Exact adaptor in pictures.  Aluminum.    Only ID is "Western Germany" - look close at pictures to make sure this is the adaptor needed.   Any help in a proper ID will be appreciated.  I do not know how to properly measure - see pictures.
