With 36 rugged pan slides, this unit has plenty of room to hold your house specialties at food-safe temperatures for hours. Whether you operate a restaurant, bakery, buffet, or banquet hall, this hot cabinet is packed with features that will make it easy to keep your hungry customers coming back for more. Its mobile design lets you place the cabinet right where you need it, and the clear door lets you see what's inside without opening it to save energy. It has an output of 1440W and requires a 120V electrical connection.
This holding cabinet's straightforward controls couldn't be easier to use. After powering the unit on, simply adjust the temperature to your needs with the large knob. Nine temperature settings are available, up to 185 degrees Fahrenheit. The large, bright LED temperature display will let you see the cabinet temperature easily from across your busy kitchen.
This unit's versatile interior is made of rugged, heavy-duty aluminum that's easy to clean. A total of 36 fixed pan slides, with 1 1/2" of clearance between slides, gives you the flexibility to hold full size sheet pans however and wherever you'd like.
There's no need to waste energy by opening the door to check how many pans of lasagna you have left! This holding cabinet's crystal-clear door makes it easy to see inside. Magnetic catches plus a tight-fitting gasket keep the door closed when it's supposed to be, and hot air in!
Thanks to this cabinet's 5" poly casters, it's easy to load it up back in your prep area, and then roll it out closer to the serving line to keep backups close at hand. Locking mechanisms on the front wheels will keep it in place once you've rolled it right where you want it.
The built-in corner bumpers will protect your walls from bumps and scuffs while you're moving the unit from one location to the next.
An integrated cord wrap on the back will keep the power cord off the floor and out of the way while you roll the cabinet.
